BEQUESTS
Designate Edmond Fine Arts as a beneficiary in your will or living trust. Most retirement plans, annuities, and life insurance policies let you decide in advance how your assets will be distributed after your passing. They do this by asking you to designate beneficiaries, such as Edmond Fine Arts on a beneficiary designation form.
Sample Bequest language:
"I give, devise and bequeath to The Fine Arts Institute of Edmond, an Oklahoma nonprofit corporation and a qualified 501(c)(3) organization, located in Edmond, OK, Federal Tax ID Number EIN 73-1250294, the sum of __________ (or % of my estate), (or other personal property herein described) to be used for its general use and programs as it shall determine."
