Below is the application to show in the EFA Gallery located inside Edmond Fine Arts.

APPLICATION CONSIDERATIONS
Each year EFA hosts local artists and artist groups for monthly shows in the EFA Gallery.
11 shows will be selected for 2028, each show lasts one month with the exception of the December show, which will remain up through January 2029.
Artists may choose to apply for a solo show or as a duo or group show. Additionally, curators can submit applications for a curated show.
Applications will be open from October 1st - December 21st. Applications must be completed online by Monday, December 21st at 5:00pm.
The Gallery Selection Committee will review all applications submitted in the month of January.
The Selection Committee is comprised of art educators, artists, business leaders, and art collectors familiar with EFA and the community.
All applicants will receive communication about the status of their application by Monday, March 1st at the latest via email.
EFA is looking for individual artists, artist groups, and curators to submit show proposals that include innovative, contemporary art and display skill and technique mastery.
Selections are based on an evaluation of work samples submitted and ideas proposed; we look for a strong, consistent aesthetic vision. We strongly encourage selected artists to create new work for their exhibition. The work in the application should demonstrate that you are capable in vision and scope of creating an exhibition.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE GALLERY SPACE
The EFA Gallery contains approximately 540 square feet of wall space through the main hall of the Edmond Fine Arts building. When applying please consider that it takes 20-40 pieces of artwork to fill the space depending on sizes.
All artwork should be properly framed and ready to hang with proper hardware.
Commission split is 30/70. Edmond Fine Arts will retain 30% commission on all artwork sold. EFA staff will receive payment on all sales. Local sales tax of 8.25% will be collected and EFA is responsible for paying the Oklahoma Tax Commission. After all income is collected, the artist will be paid 70% of the agreed upon sales price.
