GARY LENNON
Gary grew up in southern California where he started drawing at five and painting at 10 years old. He is a self-taught artist who continually uses new media to expand his talent. Gary loves pastels, but also excels in watercolor, acrylic, oil, pencil and as an air brush artist.
He teaches all ages in the same manner and believes you should "treat children as if they were already the people the are capable of becoming".
Along with teaching at Francis Tuttle Vo-Tech and Project Hope, Gary paints murals and other commissioned work. He exhibits locally and often presents seminars to art groups. Gary is married to Mary, manager of AAA Travel, and has two children, Garrett and Chelsea.
What a pleasure to have Gary Lennon on the faculty at the Fine Arts Institute of Edmond.
